If you plant honesty, you will reap trust.

If you plant goodness, you will reap friends.

If you plant humility, you will reap greatness.

If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment.

If you plant consideration, you will reap success.

If you plant forgiveness, you will reap
reconciliation.

If you plant faith in God, you will reap a harvest.

So, be careful what you plant now; it will determine
what you will reap later.

This weeks Tailfeather is a reminder that we are more than just flesh and bone but we are also living souls. Take time each day to nourish your soul. We eat several times a day to nourish our bodies shouldn’t we at least spend the same amount of time at the Lord’s table? Why not everytime you sit at the dinner table you also take time to partake of the Lord’s table? Be sure to read His word and meditate upon it, allowing it to water the soil of your soul.

“Listen! A farmer went to plant seed. Some seeds were planted along the road, and birds came and devoured them. Other seeds were planted on rocky ground, where there wasn’t much soil. The plants sprouted quickly because the soil wasn’t deep. When the sun came up, they were scorched. They didn’t have any roots, so they withered. Other seeds were planted among thornbushes.
